The Jewish Cultural Quarter organises a symposium accompanying the Sol LeWitt exhibition on 10 January. This programme will be about Sol LeWitt's Jewish background and his contribution to the Dutch art scene of the 1960s-1970s.
The lectures will be given by Benno Tempel (director of the Kröller-Müller Museum), Jip Hinten (curator of the Art & Project exhibition at the Kröller-Müller Museum), Judith Hoekstra (curator of the Sol LeWitt exhibition at the Jewish Museum) and Fransje Killaars (artist and former assistant to Sol LeWitt).
